She Speaks Summit 2025
February 6, 2025
Reserved Seats For Women.
July 11, 2025As I reflect on the past few months, I am reminded that life’s challenges can be overwhelming even for the strongest and most courageous heart. Sometimes, no matter how hard you try to remain positive, difficulties can pile up and drain your energy .
I’ve experienced both high points and low, melting points. There were times when I felt too tired to show up, and periods when my energy took an all time nose dive. I couldn’t even find the energy to push myself up.
I had to reach out to my trusted circle, and I was surrounded by love, warmth, care, and intentionality while I took time to catch my breath and push myself back up, this time with support. The easiest way out might have been to stay down, quit, or indulge in a pity party, but that doesn’t work for me. So, even though it was difficult, I chose to keep my eyes on the big picture.
Why am I sharing this? It’s for that someone who has done all they can and feels exhausted, sad, and defeated. Listen, you are not alone, and your emotions are valid. I’m here to let you know that it’s possible to pick up and keep moving because YOU ARE ENOUGH. It may require time, patience, clarity, and solid support systems, but you have what it takes to ride out the storm.
I’ve found total dependence on God to be a valuable winning strategy. He may not take you through paths that please your heart, but He’s definitely your ever-dependable help in times of need. Draw closer to Him, and He’ll show you great and mighty things you don’t know (Jeremiah 33:3). Keep holding on; your dawn will soon break forth.
Don’t focus too much on human validation or unhealthy competition and comparison.
Take it one step at a time, one day at a time, and you’ll be surprised how far you’ll go when you remain focused and consistent.
I love you, and I’m praying for you.![]()
